At Mirror Inc., we strive to ensure that our users have a positive experience with our app and services. This refund policy outlines our approach to handling subscription payments and refund requests. By using Mirror and purchasing a subscription, you agree to this refund policy.

 

1. Subscription Refunds

 

Mirror Inc. offers both free and premium services through subscription plans. Please review the following terms regarding refunds for premium subscriptions:

 

- Refund Eligibility:

   - We offer refunds on premium subscriptions within 7 days of the original purchase date for first-time subscriptions. To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@mirrorapp.ai with proof of purchase and the reason for your request.

   - After the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current subscription period, unless required by law.

 

- Renewals and Recurring Charges:

   - Mirror Inc. premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled by the user.

   - No refunds will be provided for charges that have already been processed for subscription renewals. To avoid future charges, users must cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

 

2. Subscription Cancellations

 

- Cancel Anytime:  

   You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

   

   - If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will have access to premium features until the end of the current month.

   - If you cancel an annual subscription, you will continue to enjoy premium features until the end of the current year.

 

3. Refund Process

 

- How to Request a Refund:

   To request a refund, please email info@mirrorapp.ai with your account information and reason for the refund request. If your request falls within the eligible timeframe, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

4. Exceptions

 

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

   - If a refund request is made after the 7-day refund window for first-time subscriptions.

   - If a user fails to cancel the subscription before the renewal date and the charge has already been processed.

   - For partial periods of subscription use (e.g., using a service for 15 days out of a 30-day billing cycle).

 

5. Third-Party Platforms

 

If you purchased a subscription through a third-party platform, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, you will need to request refunds directly from that platform. Refund policies for these platforms may vary, and Mirror Inc. cannot process refunds for third-party purchases.
