How to Delete Your Account

We respect your privacy and have made it simple for you to delete your account and associated data if you choose to stop using our app. Please follow the instructions below to request account deletion.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Initiate the Deletion Request:

Open the app and navigate to the “Delete My Account” option (see the screenshot below for guidance).

2. Request Confirmation:

Once you submit the request, it will be logged in our system, and you will receive an email titled “Your account is scheduled for deletion in 7 days.”

3. Reactivation Window:

If you change your mind, simply log in within 7 days to cancel the deletion process. No action is required if you wish to proceed with deletion.

4. Final Deletion:

After 7 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You will also receive a confirmation email notifying you that the deletion is complete.

Data Retention Policies

• User-Generated Data:

All personal and account information will be permanently deleted from our systems.

• Analytics Data:

Analytics data will be anonymized to ensure that it cannot be linked back to you.

• Backups:

Data saved to backups will be purged as part of our regular backup management process.
